Training and certification procedure has been produced by DRIVE Ltd. based on end user interests to maintain high quality service support. This procedure assumes the following benefits for the certificate holders throughout the certificate validity:

• notifications on updates and service information from the producer;
• original spare parts for maintenance and repairs;
• technical consultations;
• required access codes.

After 2 years the organization is to confirm that the certified specialist continues the job at the company and the certificate is to be prolonged. During these 2 years DRIVE specialists perform random hand-picked service quality checks. The certificate voids in these cases:

• disclosure of performed service jobs violations during quality check-ups;
• the certified specialist no longer has a job in the company that was a party in the certification contract;
• the certificate is expired.
