One day, January 1 2021, Santa Claus received a message from radiologists:

“We ask you to perform service of an equipment in children’s intensive care ward. This equipment has been installed 16 years ago and for the last 7 years has been serviced by other Santas. We do not have any other equipment.”.

The most important thing for the DRIVEn Santa was that it was he that got the message, not the other Santas. This meant that radiologists believe in him and he had made good impression of himself.

What had Santa do to perform a miracle for the radiologists?

• postponed all thoughts of a service contract not validated;

• turned himself into a skilled specialist with a bag of spare parts;

• left the festivities, took the sleigh and got to the radiologists;

• repaired the equipment and helped the doctors who perform other miracles for the rest of us, helping people on holidays in COVID times .
